Some couples don't want a big production. They want to get married properly, beautifully, and without spending a year planning it.

TWA Ceremony at Vasaborgen is exactly that. A civil wedding ceremony in the heart of a Swedish winter, arranged entirely by us. You arrive, you get married, you leave with flowers in hand and photos to keep.

Vasaborgen in January is something particular — cosy lights and cold air outside, warmth and intention within. A midwinter celebration for the couple who wants something different. Intimate, considered, and unlike anything a city hall could offer.

Everything is taken care of. All you need to bring is each other — and the right documents.

A limited number of couples are welcome per date, each with their own dedicated time slot.

What's included:

  • A civil wedding ceremony led by an authorised officiant

  • Guidance on all required documents ahead of your date — hindersprövning, valid ID and everything else you need

  • A beautifully styled ceremony setting at Vasaborgen

  • A bridal bouquet and boutonnière in your preferred colour, yours to keep

  • A personal entrance moment with your chosen music

  • A glass of non-alcoholic bubbles to celebrate

  • A small, symbolic gift from The Wedding Agency

  • A professionally photographed ceremony including a portrait session — a minimum of six carefully selected images delivered after your day, with the option to add more
