You have the venue.
We have the experience, the network and the outside perspective.
Together, we can make more of what you already have, and find what you didn't know you were missing.

Venue Consulting - What it is
The Wedding Agency Venue Consulting is a strategic offering for venues that want to refine their wedding experiences, strengthen their market position and build processes that actually hold.
TWA are not consultants who work from theory. We coordinate weddings every year, work directly with couples and coordinators, and see first-hand what makes a venue experience exceptional, and what unneccessarily costs a venue business and reputation.
That is what we bring to a consulting engagement.
What we work on together:
Strategic review. We go through your current offering from first enquiry to the morning after. What is working, what is missing, where couples drop out of the process and what can be improved without costing more.
You receive a written report with concrete recommendations.
Package development. We help you build or refine your wedding packages; what to include, how to communicate them and how to price them for your market and capacity. We know what couples ask for, what coordinators want from a venue and what actually converts.
Process and coordination. We build structure around your internal wedding process such as run sheets, supplier briefings, how you onboard couples and how your team operates on the day.
Positioning and visibility. We help you reach the right couples, not more couples. That means reviewing how you present your venue, which channels and partnerships make sense and how to build your reputation within the professional wedding industry.
A proposal is always custom, with costs and scope agreed in conversation.
“A genuinely professional approach and an open, honest tone throughout our collaboration.”
"A truly beautiful arrangement — and wonderful to host two ceremonies with us.”

After a venue visit or consulting engagement, some venues choose to move into a partnership with The Wedding Agency.
This is never automatic, never assumed and never required.
It only makes sense if there is a genuine fit, and we will let you know if there isn’t.A TWA venue partnership is a working relationship, not a directory listing.
It is built around mutual recommendation: we refer couples and coordinators to you when you are the right fit for them, and you refer couples to our coordinator network when they ask for planning support.
Nobody is forced to recommend what they cannot stand behind. There are no fixed costs, and provision is paid only on confirmed bookings that can be directly linked to TWA or a TWA coordinator.
-
An organic relationship without a formal agreement. There is no exclusivity and no fixed term.
We know your venue, we trust what you offer and we will recommend you with confidence when the fit is right. What you receive: organic exposure to our network of coordinators and couples, mention in TWA's onboarding for new coordinators, a unique 50% discount code for your guests on TWA planning sessions, and content from any venue visits or Planners' Lunches held on site.
What we ask of you: that you refer couples to TWA when they ask about coordination or planning support, and that you notify us when a booking can be directly linked to our work.
-
This is a deeper, mutual investment where TWA actively promotes your venue across our channels, website, newsletter and industry events.
You are introduced to a qualified new client segment, including international couples, and you can use the "TWA Strategic Partner" designation in your own marketing.
You receive everything in Level 1, plus active promotion and the opportunity to share offers and news through TWA's channels at selected moments.
What we ask: a 12-month partnership commitment with the right to terminate on 30 days' written notice, a natural and consistent referral relationship, and participation in joint content when relevant.
-
Both levels are non-exclusive in the sense that you are free to work with other agencies and coordinators.
We are not asking for control of your business — we are asking for a genuine first-choice relationship when the question comes up.
