• Run (or be building) a professional business setup

Membership operates on a calendar-year basis (January 1 – December 31).
By becoming a member, you confirm that you:
– Have independently planned and executed weddings as the lead coordinator
– Operate with structure, professionalism, and a client-first approach
– Represent both your own brand and The Wedding Agency with professionalismAs a member, you are expected to maintain:
– Clear client agreements
– Defined pricing structures
– A structured planning methodologyClient Introductions & Bookings
The Wedding Agency actively works to match members with relevant client inquiries.For assignments that are introduced through The Wedding Agency and subsequently secured by the member, a referral fee applies. This reflects the work involved in sourcing, qualifying, and matching each inquiry, and forms part of the overall business structure.
Participation in workshops, gatherings, and network events is optional, but strongly encouraged as part of both the membership experience and your continued professional development.
The Wedding Agency is a curated professional network, and membership may be reviewed should these standards not be consistently upheld.

2026 is offered at an introductory rate of 6,000 kr. Reach out if you'd like to discuss before applying.
Membership fees will be adjusted over time as the network and overall offering continue to expand and develop.

For coordinators who are not yet fully established as lead planners, or who are looking to strengthen specific areas of their business, The Wedding Agency offers a structured mentorship program.
This six-month program focuses on:
– Planning structure
– Client management
– Pricing and positioning
– Wedding day executionThe program includes practical training, professional feedback, and work with real-world scenarios.
Upon successful completion, participants may become eligible to apply for membership within The Wedding Agency.
