Here, you’ll find The Wedding Agency’s calendar of gatherings, events and workshops for coordinators and industry professionals who take their work seriously.

Some events are exclusively for members. Others are open to professionals across the industry.
All of them are designed with a clear purpose.

  • What we do — and why

    The wedding industry in Sweden runs largely on individual effort. Most coordinators work alone, without peers, without professional infrastructure, without anyone to call when something goes wrong.

    We are changing that.
    At Industry Initiatives, we create recurring spaces for coordinators and industry professionals to learn, connect and hold each other to a higher standard. Not through inspirational content, but through practical work, honest conversations and relationships built over time.

    This is how the industry develops.

The recurring programme

Open Office — Monthly First Tuesday of every month, 10:00–12:00. An informal open session for members to ask questions, share updates and work through challenges together. No agenda, no presentations. Just time with peers.

Exclusive to TWA members.

Hot Seat — Every other month Third Tuesday, 11:00–12:00. Up to 6 participants. Each coordinator brings a real business challenge. The group works through it together. Structured, honest and focused.

Exclusive to TWA members. Limited spots.

Quarterly Meeting — Four times per year An internal session for the TWA coordinator network. Client flows, seasonal review, practical coordination.

Exclusive to TWA members.

Planners Lunch — Four times per year Lunch gatherings at carefully selected venues around Sweden. Part exploration, part conversation, part connection. Every lunch is at a different location and experience.

Primarily for TWA members and planners. Select dates open to invited guests.

Industry AW — Twice per year A relaxed industry gathering — open to professionals across the wedding and event sector.

Open to all.

Mini Workshop: Contracts — Once per year A practical session on client agreements, legal frameworks and professional standards. Developed with legal expertise.

Open to industry. Included in TWA membership.

Mini Workshop: Finance & Pricing — Once per year Pricing models, profitability and the financial side of running a creative business.

Open to industry. Included in TWA membership.

Master Class — Twice per year Focused sessions on specific themes within wedding planning and business development.

Open to industry. Reduced rate for members.
