  • It's free. You tell us about your wedding — your date, vision, budget and what kind of support you're looking for — and we match you with the right planner from our network. Your planner will then invite you to a complimentary call to make sure it feels like the right fit before anything is decided. No pressure, no obligation.

  • You fill in our short intake form and we get back to you with a matched planner within a few days. From there, you connect directly with your planner for a complimentary intro call. If it feels right, you move forward together — with a clear agreement in place from day one. We ask that couples come to us first rather than reaching out to planners directly, so we can make sure the match is right from the start.

  • A planner supports you from the beginning — budgeting, supplier bookings, timelines and overall strategy. A coordinator focuses on execution — making sure everything runs smoothly on the day itself. A stylist creates the visual concept — colours, décor, layout and atmosphere. A venue manager represents the venue — they manage the location, not your wedding.

    In short: planning is the strategy, coordination is the execution, styling is the look, and the venue manager takes care of the building. You need someone in your corner for everything else.

  • Costs vary depending on scope, experience and location. A day-of coordination package typically starts around 15,000–20,000 kr, while full planning support from the beginning can range considerably higher depending on the wedding. We always recommend getting a clear written quote with defined deliverables before committing. When you book through TWA, pricing is transparent and agreements are in place from the start.

  • A full planning and coordination package isn't the only option. Many couples benefit from a focused planning session — where you get expert guidance, a clear structure, and practical tools to continue on your own. We also offer timelines, runsheets and other resources in The Planning Room that can make a real difference even without a planner by your side.

  • Your coordinator manages the timeline, communicates with all suppliers, handles unexpected situations and keeps everything running behind the scenes. Your job is to be present and enjoy the day. A good coordinator becomes invisible — you simply experience a day that flows.

  • Start earlier than you think you need to. Lock in the venue and date first — everything else follows from there. Set a realistic budget before you fall in love with anything. Understand which suppliers need to be booked far in advance (venue, photographer, planner). And make sure every supplier you work with has a written agreement. It protects everyone.
