Abby is a detail-obsessed wedding coordinator with a background in event and project management, as well as an MBA. Having also planned her own wedding long-distance, she understands firsthand how overwhelming the process can feel — and how important it is to have someone who can turn chaos into calm.
When working with couples, her goal is simple: to simplify every step ahead so they feel grounded, present, and genuinely excited about their once-in-a-lifetime day.

What kind of couples do you love to work with?
I love working with the couples who march to the beat of their own drum for their wedding day. No particular need to do things for the sake of tradition or appeasing others' expectations, but rather to have a celebration that feels true to their story and who they are as a couple starting their forever together. That energy adds a certain creative, outside-of-the-box edge that I really love to be part of.
What are your main strengths as a coordinator/planner?
I'm a fast problem solver, highly attentive to memorizing and organizing details, and I have a strong ability to stay calm under high pressure.
What is it like to work with you?
From feedback I've received from both colleagues and couples, working with me is very easy-going and reassuring. I communicate to all parties involved to make sure that expectations are understood and met, and I check in to make sure they're feeling alright either about next steps or about how things are going in-the-moment during an event. I'm not afraid to kindly push back or question something to ensure that standards are kept high, and I do so out of genuine curiosity and wanting to learn or share personal expertise, rather than to be combative or think that I'm the only one who can be "right". Those who work with me often say that my energy is positive, upbeat, and protective.
What are your three dream locations to plan/coordinate weddings at (Manifest list)?
Gotland, Tromsø, and somewhere near Abisko national park up north.
Do you have any personal interests or hobbies?
It changes on a monthly basis, to be honest but mainly music (both making music and going to concerts), currently obsessed with making sourdough bread, and going out on walks/hikes.
