What kind of couples do you love to work with?
I love working with couples who are drawn to nature-inspired experiences and already have a vision that I can help develop further. And I truly love the smallest details!
What are your main strengths as a coordinator/planner?
My greatest strengths as a coordinator and planner are my background in the restaurant industry and my eye for even the tiniest detail. I’ve worked in most roles within the field and understand how to plan and execute flawless events — from handling the smallest dietary requirements to creating the right atmosphere that couples dream of.
What is it like to work with you?
People often say that working with me is both clear and energizing. I know that communication needs to reach everyone involved so they can perform at their best, and I always strive to deliver that with positivity and clarity. I make everyone — from toastmasters to service staff — feel confident in their roles, and I’m always there as support and backup when needed.
What are your three dream locations to plan/coordinate weddings at (Manifest list)?
As for my vision… I primarily work in northern Sweden, but Maryhill Estate is definitely a place I would love to work at! Beyond our beautiful nature and ever-changing seasons here in the north, I would love to plan weddings at one of our mountain lodges, as well as create something truly unique at Arctic Bath and Arctic Retreat.
Do you have any personal interests or hobbies?
A typical Northerner when it comes to interests: snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and recharging in nature. I also love exploring new places and traveling.
“Från start var Pernilla en ovärderlig hjälp på vägen mot vår stora dag. Hon kom med idéer, hjälpte oss att planera tidsåtgång, meny och alla de små detaljer som är lätt att glömma.
Hon tog kontakt med våra toastmasters, såg till att allt flöt på både före och under festen, fixade lokalen otroligt fint och såg till att den speglade oss.
Kvällen rullade på enligt plan (så vitt vi vet i alla fall 😉), och tack vare henne blev festen precis som vi ville – om inte ännu bättre!
