Sara was born and raised in Italy, but lived in Scotland for five years before moving to the south of Sweden. She fell into wedding planning and coordination a little bit by accident, as she was trying to understand what types of experiences she'd enjoy crafting. Since then, she has gotten her certification from The Wedding Academy in both business and styling, which she loves to dive into.
She speaks five languages fluently, and is working to get her Swedish to the same level. She is used to working and creating experiences from far away, selecting the best team members in Spain, Italy, Portugal and Mexico. Wherever it is, she will find the best for you and make sure that all runs smoothly on the day of your celebration.

What kind of couples do you love to work with?
I love working with couples who share the planning journey. I love meeting with couples where both people are intensely working together to reach the perfect vision for their big day, as I believe it sets the tone for an equal marriage. In addition to that, I would say that I love couples who aim to incorporate their love story in the details of their wedding day: be it with colors, a signature drink, special stationary... the bolder and the more creative, the better!
What are your main strengths as a coordinator/planner?
Work ethic and a smile! When someone trusts me, you better believe I will bend rules and make the vision happen. I will go above and beyond to make sure my couples leave their day with nothing but joy in their bodies.
What is it like to work with you?
When you work with me, you should feel like you're meeting with a friend who simply has a tad bit more knowledge than you in this field. Think of me as your friend who is really, really good at planning and keeping it all together. Expect humor, smiles and some tough love!
I will take charge of your wedding day so that you only think about each other, about celebrating your love story together with the most beloved people in your lives.

Do you have any personal interests or hobbies?
When I am not planning or coordinating weddings, you can find me volunteering at my local cat shelter or upside down on an aerial hoop! I am also incredibly fond of interior design and art!
